Darryl "Bop" Shipman / Vice President Of Promotion

My name is Darryl “Bop” Shipman… yes, it’s Bop, not a misspelling, a nickname I’ve had for a few hundred years. I’m originally from Washington DC but now I live in FL…. I realized I did not have to be cold, go figure.  I have always enjoyed telling stories and building worlds.  My first venture into writing was at the age of 8 when I penned “How the City Was Won”   It was published in my elementary school newspaper.  However, life happened and I put writing and storytelling on the back burner for many years.  Then my love of writing was rekindled after watching a play and realizing (with some prompting) I could have written a better play. Since that time, I have written 2 books (self-published), 1 TV series (full 8 episodes), and 6 completed scripts (with 3 more being written).  I have also done some voice-over work and been an extra once or twice.
